Strict No-Refund Policy on Delivered Digital Goods
Due to the nature of digital codes and gift cards, once an order is marked as 'Delivered' and the code is revealed, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
1. Wrong Region Purchases
You are solely responsible for ensuring the digital product matches your account's region. GifoMart will NOT provide refunds or replacements if you purchase a code that is incompatible with your account's geographic restrictions.
2. Defective Codes
If you believe a code is defective or already redeemed prior to purchase, you must contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. We will verify the redemption timestamp with the publisher. If the code was redeemed BEFORE our delivery timestamp, a full refund or replacement will be issued.
3. Order Cancellations
If an order is still in "Pending Verification" or "Processing" status, you may request a cancellation via our support channels. If approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method (minus any non-refundable MFS gateway fees).
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3-5 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
